Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kidogo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Kidogo provides a childcare management platform that includes communication tools, attendance tracking, billing, scheduling, and other features for preschools and nurseries. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Kidogo only for lawful purposes related to childcare management. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Data Protection

When you use Kidogo to process personal data of children, parents, or staff, you act as the data controller. We act as the data processor. Both parties agree to comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payment is due upon invoice. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Kidogo platform, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Kidogo. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Kidogo provides the platform 'as is' and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
